HOW TO USE

STEP 1

Morning: Use the COOL setting to de-puff your face and eyes before you start your skincare routine. Use gentle upward-lifting strokes to massage the skin.

You can also use the COOL setting as the final step of your skincare routine. Apply your favorite moisturizer and allow it to be completely absorbed by the skin. Then, use the COOL setting to lock in moisture, minimize the appearance of pores, and firm the skin. Use upward-lifting strokes to complete your morning treatment.

STEP 2

Evening: Cleanse your face. Apply your favorite moisturizing cream, and use the HOT setting to boost the absorption of the face/eye cream. Massage the product in slow and even circular movements.    

STEP 3

Face or Eye Mask: Every time you apply a facial sheet mask or eye mask, you can use the HOT setting over the mask to boost absorption and maximize the effectiveness of the mask nutrients.

No, you must use this device on clean skin. Using this device with makeup may help makeup residues to penetrate deeper into the skin, and that can be detrimental to your skin health.

4. Why this device needstwo massage heads with different temperatures? 

The skin around the eyes is sensitive and delicate when compared with other areas of the face. For that reason, this device provides two massage heads to fit the face and eye contour. It’s also not recommended to use the same temperature on the eye and face area. With two heads the temperature can be optimized to provide effective treatment.   

5. Why is the hot mode temperaturearound 42°C?

Research, data, and trials demonstrate that the optimal temperature to use on the skin is 42 ± 2°C. The temperature is slightly lower for the eye contour.

6. How should I use the Hot/Cool Skin Device?

We recommend you to use the cool mode in the morning after you moisturize the skin to minimize the appearance of pores, reduce eye or face edema, and firm the skin. In the evening, use the hot mode to boost the absorption of your favorite serum or cream.  

7. Can I use this device on my sensitive skin?

Yes. The massage head is hypoallergenic, is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

8. I have myopia,can I use this device on the eyes?

Yes, you can. The device is used on the skin only and does not hurt the eyes. Do not use this device on the eyelids.

9. Is the Hot/Cool Skin Device waterproof?

This device is not waterproof. If you use this device with skincare products, apply the serum/lotion to the skin with your hands, and use the device afterward to boost absorption.
