1. What is the Microcurrent Facial Roller?

The Microcurrent Facial Roller is a lifting and contouring tool that releases gentle microcurrent into the skin. Combining the lifting movement of the rollers and the microcurrent, it helps to shape facial contours, lift, and firm the skin while giving you a soothing massage. 

2. Can I use this device with makeup on?

No. Using the device with makeup on can help to push makeup residues deeper into your pores. Makeup, most specifically foundation, can interfere with the surface of the rollers. 

3. Where can I use this device?

You can use this device on your face, neck, and arms.

4. How should I include this device in my skincare routine?

We recommend using this device after applying skincare products. Massaging the face after applying a lotion or cream will help the rollers to glide smoothly across your face. After use, wipe off any remaining residues with a clean cloth.

5. How should I move the device? Should I use vigorous motions?

We recommend using this device in an upward lifting motion from the jawline to the ear, from the cheeks to the temple, and from the eyebrows to the hairline. Glide the device slowly and gently across your face. Aggressive movements can be detrimental to your skin.  

6. Can I use this device in the shower?

No, this device is not waterproof. Do not use this device in the shower or in places with high humidity.

7. How does the solar panel work?

The solar panel absorbs sunlight or artificial light to generate microcurrent. This device is not rechargeable, it constantly generates a mild electric current. The solar panel does not light up. 

8. Will the microcurrent cause a stingy sensation on my skin?

No. The microcurrent used in this device is very mild. Using this device is painless, and will not sting your skin.  

9. Can I use this device if I am pregnant or while breastfeeding? 

We do not recommend the use of this device during pregnancy or immediately after childbirth. If you are breastfeeding or you are in your menstrual cycle, we do not recommend you use this device. During these periods, the skin is more sensitive and is more prone to allergic reactions.

10. Can I use this device if I have atopic dermatitis or severe acne breakouts?

We advise you to consult with your doctor. Skin sensitivity and reactions may vary from person to person. Your doctor needs to clear out the use of this device during these breakouts.  

11. Should I avoid using this device in certain areas of the face?

The device rollers are small and specially designed to fit facial contours. However, it is not recommended to use this device on the eye contour, lips, and throat.
